SA-MP (Which stands for San Andreas Multi Player) is a free modification of the hit freeroam game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It adds multiplayer capabilities to the game, allowing up to 500 people to connect to the same server and play the game together.
It is possible to make custom gamemodes for servers. There are many servers, each scripted by it's own staff team, therefore making every server unique. Some examples of types of servers are Racing, Deathmatch, Gang Wars and Roleplay.
True Roleplay is a Roleplay server. These types of servers are where you simulate real life, by having your own character with a real name, who has a real job. Your character can own it's own houses, cars and businesses. This property does not dissapear when you log off, so you can keep coming back, and get really involved with your characters life.
True Roleplay has a dedicated staff team which includes Senior Admins, Admins, Helpers and Mappers. The staff along with the community is what keeps True Roleplay alive.
